Finding Light in the Darkness: Coping with Holiday Struggles ♥️

For some people, the holiday periods can be full of dread – Black Friday can mean much more than just offers and sales. Perhaps you lost someone, and this time of year reminds you how much they are missed. Maybe you’re struggling financially, and the pressure of having to buy gifts and the seasonal expense is filling you with dread.  Or perhaps this time only highlights the tough relationships you’re struggling with, that you wish you could resolve. 

Remember, you are not alone. The days will get easier. The pain will fade, and the light will return. 

Control what you can, let the rest go, and trust you are exactly where you’re meant to be. 

Speak to people around you and let them know you’re finding things tough. Problems really are smaller shared.

For now, know that getting up each day, doing what you can, and getting a good night's sleep – it’s enough.
