5 Great tips to Improve your Confidence!

Fake it until you make it:β€―πŸ˜Ž You may think this is being ‘false’, but what we are saying here is ‘try it out’.  The ‘faking it’ bit is about pushing you into a place outside your comfort zone, where you’re trying on something you wouldn’t do normally.   Change your perspective on it and think of a role model who would approach it well.  Embody them and you’ll be amazed how it can give you extra power. 
  2. Visualize yourself succeeding:β€―πŸŒ  Take some time each day to visualize yourself achieving your goals. See yourself giving a great presentation, landing your dream job, or anything else that you want to accomplish. This is a great one to do before you even get out of bed!

If you surround yourself with negative people who are always putting you down, it can be hard to feel good about yourself. Instead, spend time with people who are supportive and encouraging; who will challenge you, hold you to account and be your ultimate champions.
